At ScienceLogic, I managed and developed a team of up to six Scrum Masters and technical writers, while building an executive prioritization initiative that connected nine organizational objectives with work tracked across 100+ stakeholders. I also partnered with leadership to move from quarterly PI Planning to four-week continuous planning.
I drove communication for SDLC improvements that reduced firefighting and improved delivery predictability, and enabled teams to experiment with AI-first development frameworks. I created a guide integrating Claude into the documentation team’s MadCap Flare toolchain and sponsored the documentation team’s award-winning chatbot. Across my work, I focus on enabling teams and helping people take on higher-impact roles.
