I've supported guest experiences at Deli Market at The Westin Los Cabos Resort & Spa, responding to customer requests, managing daily orders, and coordinating with 7–10 suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

I also worked as a Starbucks barista, handled cash registers and daily closings, and coordinated tasks within a three-person team. I supported weddings, birthdays, and bachelorette parties for 10–50 guests, bringing accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced hospitality settings.

I'm currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management and looking to bring my customer service, online research, administrative support, and organization skills to a remote travel planning role.
