What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead onboarding, career development, and leadership programs that align HR strategy with business growth and transformation—using learning systems, culture insights, and performance frameworks to build talent, retention, and internal mobility.

I’m a Learning & Development specialist with more than 4 years designing onboarding programs, career development frameworks, and leadership training. I combine hands-on L&D delivery with strategic HR experience, advising senior leaders on talent, culture, and organisational design, while deepening my training practice through the HRDA Train the Trainer certification.

As a Freelance Consultant on ad hoc projects, I identify training needs, design internal mobility and leadership development initiatives, and use Learning platforms and LMS implementation to strengthen workforce capability. Previously, I served as a Recruitment Manager and HR Director—embedding structured interview frameworks, rolling out performance systems (OKRs, 360), implementing HRIS for better employee experience, and leading employer branding, culture, engagement diagnostics, and workforce planning.
