What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning & Development specialist with more than 4 years designing onboarding programs, career development frameworks, and leadership training. I combine hands-on L&D delivery with strategic HR experience, advising senior leaders on talent, culture, and organisational design, while deepening my training practice through the HRDA Train the Trainer certification.
As a Freelance Consultant on ad hoc projects, I identify training needs, design internal mobility and leadership development initiatives, and use Learning platforms and LMS implementation to strengthen workforce capability. Previously, I served as a Recruitment Manager and HR Director—embedding structured interview frameworks, rolling out performance systems (OKRs, 360), implementing HRIS for better employee experience, and leading employer branding, culture, engagement diagnostics, and workforce planning.
