I'm looking to lead people operations and HR strategy for a remote or hybrid international team, building scalable systems, inclusive culture, compliant cross-border employment practices, and performance frameworks that support business growth.

I've led end-to-end HR for remote, international teams at Imperalis, Dyce Up, and VOLKA Games, aligning people strategy, performance, and cross-border employment with business growth.

At VOLKA Games, I rolled out BambooHR and Greenhouse, automating workflows and improving efficiency by 25%. I’ve built onboarding, offboarding, learning, performance review, KPI, bonus, and engagement frameworks for distributed teams across Europe and Asia.
