I have dedicated 16 years to the hospitality industry, progressing from roles such as dishwasher and waiter to manager. My journey began after completing my hotel management diploma at de Rooipannen Breda in the Netherlands. I have a strong passion for customer interaction, which has driven my career choices.
In my recent roles, I have managed various establishments, including a brasserie and a beach pavilion, where I was responsible for staff management, scheduling, and customer service. My experience also extends to customer support in the online gaming sector, where I honed my skills in handling complaints and providing exceptional service to clients.
Currently, I am working as a game presenter in Malta, where I continue to engage with customers and enhance their experience. I am eager to return to a more traditional hospitality role, leveraging my extensive experience and passion for service to create memorable experiences for guests.
