At La Rondine, I lead organizational development and culture initiatives for a national logistics and workforce-outsourcing company with more than 1,100 employees.

I manage competency-based performance reviews for 200+ employees, structure individual development plans, and coach leaders on feedback. I also run organizational climate and eNPS cycles, connecting people metrics to business needs.

I redesigned exit interviews through digital eNPS, increasing participation by 65%, and rebuilt onboarding into a structured digital journey with an Onboarding Kit and integration manual. I led the implementation of RHGestor to centralize recruitment, performance evaluation, and training processes.

I also structure training needs and annual training plans, deliver large-scale training, support strategic recruitment, and build HR indicators for climate, turnover, and development. My earlier finance and administrative experience gives me a practical business perspective when partnering with leaders.
