What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead multifamily property operations where I can improve occupancy, resident retention, budgeting, renovations, vendor performance, and financial reporting across single-site or multisite communities.

I've managed multifamily communities for Portico Management, Lion Real Estate, Indio Management, Lurin, and Martindale LTD, overseeing leasing, renewals, resident relations, maintenance coordination, reporting, renovations, and vendor performance. I currently manage contracts, verifications, vacancy marketing, tenant service, and ownership reporting at Portico Management.

Across single-site and multisite portfolios, I've led teams of six, managed up to three properties and 312 units, maintained occupancy as high as 98%, and supported budgeting, financial reporting, collections, unit turns, and property sale preparation. I use market surveys, pricing recommendations, resident engagement, and operational data to improve cash flow, retention, and service delivery.
