I’m looking to partner with teams where organizational psychology and people development drive employee experience—balancing business objectives with human wellbeing in complex, fast-moving environments.

I am a Work Psychologist registered with the Italian Psychologists Register (Albo A – Veneto), combining organizational psychology with practical HR partnership across multinational environments in logistics and construction. Since 2021, I have built expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and career development, always keeping employee experience and wellbeing at the center of business needs.

In my recent HR Business Partner role at Gruppo ICM S.p.A., I manage recruitment for white-collar employees and managers, support performance and talent development, run salary review and HR administration, and contribute to organizational and people management initiatives for infrastructure projects. Previously, as an HR Generalist at Webuild S.p.A., I led recruitment across Italy and Europe, handled feedback and exit interviews, analyzed organizational climate and workforce data through SAP SuccessFactors, and tracked Time to Hire KPIs—while also supporting international audits and HR processes.
