I drive performance management, identify talent development needs, and implement development and succession plans. I also design compensation, incentive, and employee welfare programs aligned with business objectives.

My work includes leading recruitment, supporting onboarding, analyzing engagement data, and building initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and employer branding.

Earlier, I supported HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, training, welfare, skills mapping, recruiting, and classroom training across HR assistant and recruiter roles.
