What I'm looking for

I am seeking an operations or customer-facing role where I can apply order management, CRM and supplier coordination skills, with opportunities for international work and growth.

I am a retail operations specialist with several years of experience in customer service, sales support and international order management. I have worked across retail and B2B environments, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

In my current role I handle order entry, shipments management, supplier relationship management, budget entry and report creation, and implementation of retail policies and procedures that improve customer satisfaction.

Previously I worked in international sales back office and marketing roles, managing CRM processes, order tracking, content and social media marketing, and trade show support. I hold a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

I communicate fluently in Russian, Italian and English, and I am available to relocate to Dubai. I bring attention to detail, multitasking ability and a customer-first mindset to operations and commercial teams.
