What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a bilingual environment where I can own system support, streamline workflows, and turn data into faster, evidence-based decisions — while collaborating across teams asynchronously. I want process improvement work that values people-centered thinking.

I'm an analytical, reflective, and curious professional. That mindset, combined with real experience managing high-volume support environments, is what allowed me to build concrete skills: handling complex daily cases, redesigning operational reports, and customizing systems — skills that also sharpened my ability to keep stakeholders aligned so teams can work with actual clarity.

My degree in psychology gives me the ability to identify patterns, analyze root causes, and approach problems with a comprehensive view — understanding the different actors involved in any given situation.
