At MGC Eventos, I participate in events ranging from small meetings to celebrations with more than 200 guests. I support food plating and service, and set up cheese, charcuterie, dessert, and sweets tables.
At Ugo Chan, I provided personalized service to national and international guests in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I served up to five tables and 12 guests per shift while following luxury hospitality protocols.
During my food and beverage internship at Hotel Mas de Torrent, I served guests to international luxury standards and rotated through the restaurant, bar, room service, and runner functions.
