At IM EVENT CRAFTERS, I prepare quotations and budgets, analyze proposals, and negotiate with and follow up with suppliers across hospitality, transportation, production, entertainment, décor, and promotional services. I also support event planning and operations, tracking requirements, timelines, and budgets.
At FOUR SEASONS CABO DEL SOL, I coordinated with kitchen, bar, and service teams during events and handled administrative follow-up on requisitions, operational reports, and inventories. Before that, I administered beverage service for private and corporate events at NOBU HOTEL LOS CABOS.
My experience also includes supporting the JW MARRIOT CDMX POLANCO sales team with group reservations and corporate events, as well as freelance event coordination. I studied Tourism and Event Organization and earned a Master’s in Business and Finance; I’m currently pursuing a diploma in Event Organization.
