Quiero seguir creciendo en un rol de liderazgo donde pueda coordinar equipos, entregar eventos impecables y resultados comerciales. Me interesa un entorno dinámico, con capacitación y espacio para mejorar procesos y solucionar retos con rapidez.

I’m an events manager with a strong leadership style, organized execution, and a “can-do” approach to every client request. I enjoy teamwork, clear communication, and resolving conflicts quickly to keep events running smoothly.

In my current role, I handle quotes, budgeting, negotiation, and invoicing, while coordinating and organizing the staff. I also manage setups for groups of 20 to 50 people, create and implement plans based on client needs, and support a positive work climate through training.

I’ve driven sales and built client relationships through prospecting, achieving an 80% sales boost, and developing agreements with different companies. I’ve also produced social media content and earned recognition as “Empleada del año” (2020 and 2021), reinforcing my commitment to performance and continuous improvement.
