In aviation ground operations I coordinated aircraft assistance, monitored flight arrivals and departures, supervised boarding, and managed operational unforeseen events while ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements. I communicate closely with crews, handling teams and airport authorities to keep operations on schedule.

As a volunteer journalist and ETIC graduate I produced content, presented live programs, edited audio with Audacity and managed social media, blending storytelling with technical editing.
