I’m an international negotiator recently graduated, with an emphasis on project management and knowledge in generative artificial intelligence. I bring leadership, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams, built on strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptation to different environments.

In my professional practices at Banco de Occidente in Medellín, Colombia, I coordinated and executed training programs for new collaborators. I designed and followed up on training requests, managed staff certifications, organized training sessions, analyzed results, and supported professional development needs.

I also contributed to administrative processes in human talent, including managing resumes and activities oriented to the service and well-being of the internal client. I’m committed, punctual, and consistently oriented to achieving results, while continuing to build my international business foundation through courses such as Global Collaboration and COIL.
