At DAVIVIENDA, I lead a team responsible for variable compensation for the bank’s commercial sales forces. I designed and administered about 80 compensation models affecting around 6,000 employees, and migrated 64 settlement processes to BigQuery, reducing processing time from about two hours to three minutes.
I also contributed to Tranquilidad Líderes, where insurance premiums grew from approximately $3,000 million to $15,000 million, and to the evolution of Radar, a commercial results platform with about 131 dashboards. My work connects commercial strategy, compensation, data and technology, including analytics and AI initiatives to support business decisions.
