At the prestigious airline Qatar Airways (multiple times Skytrax award winning), I served as Business Class Cabin Crew, where I consistently upheld five-star service standards for a global clientele. Managing complex requests mid-flight required real-time problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, and flawless communication—skills directly aligned with your expectations for this role.

Prior to that, as a Customer Service Supervisor at Sykes El Salvador (now Foundever), I led support for travel-related services, resolving issues across flights, hotels, and rentals. I became proficient in tools like Sabre and Amadeus, and developed a structured, solution-oriented approach to customer care. These experiences sharpened my ability to guide customers through detailed processes—mirroring the end-to-end shopping support your client requires.
