What I'm looking for

I seek a role in international cooperation or public policy where I can manage sustainability-focused projects, coordinate multilateral partners, and apply research to measurable community impact.

I am an international relations professional with a Master's in Global Affairs and Political Processes from Universidad del Rosario and academic emphasis in international politics, diplomacy, human rights, and transitional justice.

I have carried out policy and operational work in public institutions, supporting international cooperation, administrative management, and inter-institutional coordination at the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory.

I have sector experience in sustainability and hydrocarbons through work with Halliburton Latin America SRL, where I analyzed territorial indicators and supported community-focused sustainable project design.

I combine strong research, analytical, and communication skills with practical experience designing measurement methodologies and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with agencies such as USAID, SDC, and UN-Habitat.
