What I'm looking for

I seek a role supporting youth-led climate justice or social impact initiatives where I can apply fundraising, project management, and partnership-building skills in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

I am an International Relations professional with proven experience in international cooperation, grant management, and strategic partnership development across Latin America. I have coordinated youth-focused projects and managed donor reporting and prospect research to drive social impact.

At Paradiplomacia.org I coordinate decentralized cooperation projects for youth, secured funding, formed strategic alliances, and represented the organization at multilateral forums such as the OECD Forum. I design practical tools and maintain funding opportunity databases to strengthen resource mobilization.

Previously, I supported international cooperation programming at APC-Colombia and served as a bilingual point of contact and legal assistant for over 300 international clients at Quiroga Law Office PLLC, improving documentation systems and response prioritization.

I founded and led FEMINUN, a feminist diplomacy research group, achieving institutional recognition, and I contribute to local development research as a volunteer. I bring cross-cultural fluency in Spanish, English (C1), and intermediate French to collaborative, impact-driven teams.
