What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hospitality, meetings, group sales, or hotel operations role where I can coordinate complex programs, build client relationships, partner across hotel departments, and deliver seamless guest experiences.

I've managed group sales and reservations at TRYP by Wyndham Newark Downtown since 2021, coordinating proposals, contracts, deposits, room blocks, billing, special requests, and post-stay follow-up.

Previously, at Dreams Punta Cana Resort, I supported multi-million-dollar annual group revenue across leisure, corporate, event, and wedding programs. I led client accounts from inquiry and site inspections through event coordination and billing.

I work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Events, Food & Beverage, Accounting, and Operations to keep complex programs accurate and on schedule. I bring 20+ years of hospitality experience, Cvent proficiency, and fluent English and Spanish communication.
