I’m a senior claims professional with over 20 years collective experience in medical billing and insurance claims processing. I bring a documented track record for producing quality work and staying detail-focused throughout every step.

For more than two decades, I served as a Senior Claims Adjuster in the Worker’s Compensation Unit at North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance Group. I investigated and processed insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses, verifying coverage through policy review, and evaluating damages to determine compensation amounts.

I’m comfortable working with records from police and hospitals, examining photographs and statements, reviewing audio/video surveillance, and recording data and statements in reports. I negotiate settlements and collaborate with attorneys to defend the insurer’s position when claims are contested, always handling files in accordance with North Carolina state law.
