What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a call center/teleprospection role where my communication skills and office tools (Word, Excel) can help me reach targets, build strong customer interactions, and grow professionally.

I work as an “Agent call center en téléprospection,” where I support outreach and communication through a téléprospection environment. I bring a communication-focused background from my “Bacc+1 en communication” training, so I can speak clearly and adapt my message to the audience.

I’m also confident with “Informatique bureautiques” tools like Word and Excel, which helps me stay organized and efficient. I communicate in “Français | couramment, écrit parler,” and I also use “Anglais” and “Allemand | A1,” with “malgache” as my mother tongue.
