Sole developer of an integration hub between a construction-compliance platform and badge, attendance, and access-control systems, syncing data bidirectionally and reverse-engineering undocumented webhook payloads. Built integrations serving BI tools and external APIs with large data volumes, using caching and near-real-time updates.

Built the SaaS product around an existing processing pipeline for a platform serving 100+ global brands and 2B+ photos delivered. Designed a configuration model that made the platform self-service, and implemented live status updates via atomic Redis counters and MQTT.

Built and ran a board-game e-commerce platform with a multi-supplier warehouse and physical shop, folding products from multiple suppliers into a unified catalogue of about 40,000 products with per-field precedence and validated matching.

Took over a critical legacy PHP/Laravel platform for document compliance and construction-site access control, refactoring the codebase and redesigning processes to eliminate bugs. Grew into technical lead and implemented access control with fast-path checks and WebSocket live updates.

Developed a race-management engine for a sports-timing operator, including registrations, relay setup, and live rankings fed by timing hardware. Implemented on-site registration for mass events that works offline and syncs later.

Rescued Maserati's workshop documentation system by refactoring a procedural PHP codebase, reducing technical debt and eliminating version ambiguities that caused downstream errors.

Built a price/availability engine that answers in under 0.2s across 500,000+ properties using native C UDFs in MySQL on compressed, RAM-resident data. Led a team of six and integrated data from multiple partners via SOAP, XML, REST, and FTP feeds.

BSc in Computer Science from the University of Milano-Bicocca, with a thesis on a grocery price-comparison platform that remained in production for years.
