What I'm looking for

Fully remote roles only, with companies in Italy or abroad. I build and maintain back-end and full-stack systems: PHP 8, Laravel, MySQL, REST APIs, automations and integrations on Linux infrastructure I also run. Based in Naples with Italian work authorisation: I can work from Italy as an employee (Italian entity or EOR) or as a contractor with my own VAT number. Notice: 30 days.

At Integraa, I develop and maintain Ad'oc, a proprietary CRM with more than 50 modules, 15 years of data history, and around 200 daily users. I manage its six-node cloud infrastructure, load balancer, dedicated NAS, separate database server, and automated backups.

I've reduced document-dematerialization workflows from four days to 12 hours and redesigned client reporting from three days to three hours with automated transfers and no manual user interaction. I build Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Redis, JavaScript, Java, and Docker solutions, including integrations with PagoPA, Scandit, Google Maps, Tuttocittà, internal APIs, and sorting machinery.

I'm the senior technical reference for a team of three developers and three testers, supporting code reviews, architecture decisions, testing, and Agile delivery. Before full-time development, I spent nine years in data analysis, business intelligence, technical coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
