Giovanni Pasqualini
@giovannipasqualini
I’m a Python backend developer building scalable APIs and automated web-scraping pipelines.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Python backend developer specializing in API architecture, data pipelines, and large-scale web-scraping. I build reliable backend systems, integrate machine-learning components, and deliver production-ready solutions.
In my recent roles, I designed and maintained Python backend APIs, optimized internal scraping tools, and kept ML adapters working across systems. I’ve also normalized MySQL databases, developed scalable REST APIs, and supported end-to-end data flow.
I’m hands-on with automation and performance: Selenium/Playwright/Scrapy-based workflows, AWS cloud environments, and CI/CD validation using tools like Locust. I’ve collaborated with frontend teams (React) and supported application layers (PHP security and Ionic mobile apps), while also building ML prototypes and automating regression testing in Agile teams.
