What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can make a direct impact, learn fast, and solve real problems for users. I’m especially interested in companies with an “environmental lens” that focus on co-existing effectively and environmentally consciously.

I’m an enthusiastic, hardworking professional with a strong drive to “make a direct impact” through my work and learning. I’m bilingual and bring strong communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with colleagues and authority figures to deliver results.

In my summer role at Teleperformance, I provided “customer service /technical support” for the Chime finance application—handling “over 30 inbound calls a day,” troubleshooting user issues, and documenting client information in AnyDesk and proprietary systems. I was recognized as a top performer based on SNPS customer satisfaction feedback and QA quality assurance, and I was selected by my supervisor to model how to run effective support calls for my peers.
