What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support organizations through people-centered change with targeted training and holistic communication that drives effective, sustainable adoption.

At Accenture, I guide change management activities by assessing organizational impacts, defining target personas, and evaluating business readiness to support structured, sustainable change.

I design and coordinate onboarding, training, upskilling, and communication initiatives tailored to different roles. I also create interactive learning materials—including video lessons, user manuals, case studies, simulations, and business simulations—and contribute to tailored client training offerings.

Previously, at Toyota and West Africa Catering, I supported recruiting, gender-diversity KPI monitoring, career paths, compensation and recognition processes, Oracle HR implementation, and the definition of job descriptions for middle and top management.
