At ADM, I supported implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive by translating regulatory requirements into actionable HR guidance and maintaining a centralized SharePoint repository.
I also prepared salary benchmark reports and compensation package proposals across EMEA, APAC, and North America. I contributed to the transition of the career architecture from Korn Ferry to WTW by supporting employee job mapping and developing training materials for regional adoption.
Earlier, I co-developed procurement manuals and technical documentation at Accenture México and supported configuration of Sourcing and Procurement workflows. At Colectivo Primera Infancia, I implemented and tracked educational trends in marginalized areas and developed nature-based learning activities; the project impacted 50 children.
