What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in IT management or supervision, software packaging, technical support, or Windows Server administration.

I'm currently building and maintaining application packages at Natixis, using the company framework and best practices to meet end-user requests.

Previously at ExxonMobil Brasil BSC, I created and tested installation packages for internal clients across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. I contributed to a 2015 license-recycling task force that avoided approximately US$2 million in new license purchases.

I also supported Windows servers, hardware, operating systems, Active Directory, DFS, and network infrastructure. In 2011, I coordinated a mass migration of user and application data that avoided approximately US$60,000 in hard-disk purchases.

My background also includes technical instruction, help desk support, hardware maintenance, basic networking, and support for Volkswagen/Audi assembly-line systems.
