What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support and Infrastructure Specialist with strong experience in mission-critical environments, maintaining high availability systems and resolving complex technical issues. I’ve built my work around monitoring, incident detection, escalation, and resolution—especially in enterprise settings.
In my current role as Infrastructure Operations Technician – Petrobras Project (TIVIT) from 2019–2026, I managed backup operations using enterprise tape libraries, monitored servers, storage, and critical systems, and supported infrastructure troubleshooting and system recovery. I also performed job scheduling and failure analysis to help prevent downtime.
Before that, I served as IT Support Consultant – 3CON (2014–2015) and Senior IT Support Technician – Arcon (2008–2011), supporting enterprise systems, performing incident investigation and monitoring, and managing technical support. I work with a practical, service-focused mindset—combining Linux & Windows Server, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP), and ITIL/Scrum/DevOps-aligned thinking to deliver reliable service desk outcomes.
