I am a senior investigations, risk, and operations leader with 18+ years of experience managing complex investigations, fraud and misconduct matters, workplace and security incidents, operational risk, and large-scale multi-site teams. Throughout my career, I have led sensitive, high-priority investigations from initial identification through interviews, evidence development, risk assessment, documentation, escalation, and resolution.

Most recently, I have supported a 155-location region generating more than $1.5 billion in annual sales and managed more than 300 high-priority cases involving fraud, workplace concerns, security incidents, policy violations, and operational risk. Earlier in my career, I led investigations across a 20-location district and helped recover and protect more than $5 million in assets through fraud investigations, risk mitigation, and targeted interventions.

My core strengths include complex investigations, subject and witness interviewing, behavioral and investigative interviewing techniques, OSINT, evidence analysis, fraud and risk assessment, case management, incident response, investigative reporting, process improvement, and identifying patterns across fragmented information. I am Wicklander-Zulawski certified and have extensive experience partnering with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Operations, technology teams, and senior leadership on sensitive matters.

I have also led and developed large teams, including more than 100 colleagues, coached directors and investigative leaders, improved investigative workflows and escalation processes, and supported the rollout of technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making to roughly 9,500 locations at CVS Health.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities involving corporate and workplace investigations, workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment, insider risk, fraud and risk operations, trust & safety, ethics and compliance investigations, protective intelligence, OSINT, corporate security, employee relations, People Operations, and operational risk.

I am also open to adjacent and more junior opportunities where my experience can transfer effectively, including customer success, implementation, training, business operations, risk operations, compliance operations, marketplace integrity, due diligence, background investigations, and technology companies serving retail, security, fraud, HR, compliance, or investigations teams.

I am based in Italy, hold both U.S. and Italian citizenship, and have full EU work authorization. I am primarily seeking remote opportunities that can be performed from Italy, Europe, EMEA, or globally.
