At Pencils Ink Tutoring Academy, I provide individualized online literacy tutoring, using assessments to identify student needs and plan instruction. I develop lessons and practice materials for vocabulary, comprehension, and written responses, and share learning goals and next steps with families.
At P.S. 22, I translated administrator feedback into written teacher development plans and organized support in six-week cycles of joint planning, modeled instruction, observation, and follow-up. I also facilitated professional learning on assessment alignment and item analysis and helped establish schoolwide running-records implementation.
At Pencil’s Ink After School Program, I founded and operated a tutoring and enrichment program, developing literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional learning curricula and assessments. I also trained staff, designed professional development workshops, and managed program operations, budgeting, and compliance.
