I’m looking to bring fine-dining wine expertise to a world-class cruise line—delivering refined service, guiding guests through exceptional pairings, and driving premium beverage sales with impeccable etiquette and teamwork.

I’m a refined, knowledgeable Sommelier/Wine Steward with over 6 years of progressive experience in luxury dining and beverage service. I’m known for expert wine presentation, food-and-wine pairing, cellar management, and polished guest service that educates guests in an engaging way.

In my current role at One & Only Hotel as a Wine Steward (2024–Current), I provide professional wine service in fine-dining and banquet settings to ensure high-level satisfaction and repeat patronage. I conduct daily wine presentations and tastings, maintain a well-organized cellar with accurate inventory records for over 100 labels, and collaborate with the Sommelier and F&B Manager to design and update the seasonal wine list.

Previously, as a Sommelier (2021–2024) and Assistant Sommelier (2019–2021), I enhanced guest dining through expert recommendations, tastings, pairing events, and beverage upselling. I also supported staff training, monitored health and safety compliance, and was recognized for professionalism and attention to detail.
