I am an Italian professional with a genuinely international mindset and a passion for building revenue engines that happen to look beautiful. With 15+ years of international experience across the UAE, Australia and Europe, I have built brands, strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities across luxury real estate, premium brands and client-facing B2B environments.

I serve as the face of the brand, representing businesses externally while driving brand positioning and revenue growth through C-level partnerships, premium campaigns and cross-functional leadership. As an expert communicator and relationship builder, I have a natural ability to build trust across cultures and turn connections into long-term partnerships.

What I enjoy most is balancing creativity with strategy, from bringing a brand vision to life through integrated campaigns and high-impact events, to sitting with stakeholders, leading negotiations and building meaningful partnerships. My diverse background has made me highly adaptable, hands-on and results-driven. I am at my best where strategy needs to become action.

Currently Head of Brand, Marketing & Business Development for an Emirati boutique real estate developer in Dubai, I built the marketing function from the ground up and work closely with the CEO and founders. I deliver high-impact launches, manage multi-million-AED budgets and cost control, and develop strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
