What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support Specialist and Virtual Assistant with extensive experience delivering fast, effective solutions in in-person environments, call centers, and independent work. I’m responsible, organized, and service-oriented, with strong communication in Spanish and English (intermediate, under intensive training).
I’ve handled calls and real-time issue resolution for airline clients, including baggage, flights, and changes, while managing high-pressure situations. I also bring experience with complaint handling, scheduling and coordination, and front desk/customer reception support.
Right now, I’m actively seeking opportunities focused on chat, email, and digital support—while still being open to phone communication. I have a complete work setup (laptop, stable internet, and headset), full-time availability, and an immediate start, so I can contribute from day one.
