At Molefi Thoabala Attorneys, I oversee call centre operations as an Agent Mentor, support agents with escalated customer matters, monitor KPIs, create payment lists and monthly statistics, and reconcile payment files to prevent missing, duplicated, or incorrect entries.

Previously at Daly Credit Corporation and Vericred Collections, I collected debts on behalf of clients, followed up on defaulting accounts, arranged debit orders, managed correspondence, solved queries, and restored legacy and dormant backend accounts into active systems.
