At Specsavers, I help customers choose frames and lenses that fit their prescription, budget, and preferences. I explain lens upgrades, coatings, and pricing, and sell designer frames eligible for individual commission on most working days.

I also handle customer questions, appointments, payments, and patient records while working towards daily store sales targets as part of the team.

At TJX Europe, I supervised a small warehouse team working to daily output and accuracy targets. I used Excel and internal systems to track stock, investigate discrepancies, and report results.

As a freelance Accounts Administrator, I handled invoices, payment tracking, and records for a small business using Stripe and online tools. I’ve also worked in remote customer service and assessment roles, and I’m now looking to move into B2B sales.
