At the Municipality of San Isidro, I lead end-to-end transformation projects across 15–20 areas, including VIVA, a case-management system that improved visibility and reduced lost cases and resolution delays. I also coordinate data governance across 35+ areas, administer Power BI, and train municipal teams to use data more independently.
Previously at CIPPEC, I managed technical delivery for transparency, digital transformation, data governance, and evaluation projects with government agencies and international organizations.
