What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use Power BI/PowerApps, KPI tracking, and ISO 9001 experience to improve processes and decision-making. I want a collaborative environment that values accurate documentation, continuous improvement, and clear communication.

I’m a Colombian professional who blends human resources and quality experience with a practical, results-focused mindset. I’ve worked across operational environments and client-facing roles, always aiming to improve clarity, performance, and follow-through.

As a Human Resources Analyst at Goodyear Colombia, I handled document control aligned with quality management system standards and managed internal communications on the shop floor. I also supported operational events and production-related newsletters and graphic materials—while automating multiple processes with PowerApps to reduce response times for internal clients.

In my Quality Intern experience, I strengthened quality execution through ISO 9001-based quality audits, non-conformity oversight, root cause analysis, and the definition of corrective actions. I tracked and analyzed quality KPIs and further improved decision-making by optimizing data analysis with Power BI.

Outside manufacturing, I build confidence and clarity through online tutoring as a Math/Algebra Tutor with Papaya Tutors, and I previously supported clients in a bilingual call center role. I enjoy multicultural teamwork, and I’m motivated to keep delivering measurable improvements through automation, data, and strong communication.
