I’m an Industrial Engineering graduate-in-progress from Universidad de los Andes (Operations & Finance), specializing in turning messy data into reliable insights. I bring hands-on experience in data enrichment, process automation, and BI development, with an emphasis on maintaining strong data quality and structured workflows.

As an Intern on the Compliance & Risk team at ACI Worldwide, I lead data intelligence, automation, and BI initiatives that improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. I built and maintained structured Power BI dashboards integrated with enterprise data sources for real-time visibility into compliance KPIs, and I enriched compliance data records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting aligned with CRM data quality practices.

I also develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and speed up decision-making. I created an AI-powered document classification tool in Power Apps using NLP-based text analysis, cutting review and profiling time by 50%, and I automated data workflows with Power Automate to eliminate 80% of manual processing. I’m motivated by using data intelligence to support demand generation and business growth, and I trained the compliance team on AI and automation tools to ensure sustainable adoption.
