I’m a Business Administrator with experience in information analysis, operational data analysis, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, and decision-making support. I’m currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Business Intelligence to strengthen my skills in data analysis and data visualization, plus the financial and strategic impact of business decisions.

In my current role in Quality Assurance Automation (Inlaze), I execute functional tests to ensure system reliability and data accuracy—manual and through basic automation. I analyze test results, prepare clear reports for stakeholders, support incident management through monitoring tools, and work with Agile (Scrum) teams on functional requirements and process documentation.

Previously, as a Quality Analyst at Webhelp–Mercado Libre Campaign, I monitored and audited transactions for compliance, analyzed performance indicators (KPIs), and delivered weekly and monthly reporting. I identified operational deviations, performed root cause analysis, supported continuous improvement action plans, and created data-driven recommendations to improve agent performance—bringing an analytical, detail-focused, results-oriented approach throughout.
