I design and deliver learning and development programs, leadership training, technical workshops, and coaching sessions that strengthen employee performance and productivity. I also support succession planning and workforce capability through data-informed talent approaches.

I monitor HR KPIs, training effectiveness, employee engagement, and retention metrics, then prepare analytical recommendations for senior management. I manage employee relations—including grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and conflict management—while implementing HR policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance to ensure fair, inclusive workplaces.
