I am a motivated biotechnology student with hands-on experience in genomics, NGS workflows, Linux-based pipelines, and scientific research. I’ve built skills around BLAST/NCBI-based searches, annotation, and NGS data analysis using tools like FastQC, Samtools, GATK, and IGV, and I actively apply these capabilities in project work such as ORF Finder and Primer-BLAST.

Through internships (Advance Genomics Intern, Genetic Engineering Intern) and research tasks (multiple review papers and lab-focused case studies), I focus on turning complex biological information into clear, usable outputs. I’m also trained in Biopython and R programming, and I enjoy communicating results—backed by content and writing experience—while expanding into data analytics with Power BI in a research-driven, innovation-focused environment.
