What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in genomics, functional genomics, microbial genomics, and NGS data analysis where I can build reproducible bioinformatics workflows and deepen my research experience.

I've developed Linux-based workflows for genome analysis and annotation across approximately 70 fungal and 40 bacterial samples, using tools including BRAKER4, Prokka, eggNOG-mapper, SPAdes, QUAST, BUSCO, and Snakemake.

Through projects in fungal functional annotation, bacterial genome analysis, and RNA-seq differential expression analysis, I've worked with genomic datasets, FASTA/GFF formats, DESeq2, R, and Python. At the Central Potato Research Institute, I supported potato research through primer design and sequence analysis.
