I am a Bioinformatics undergraduate passionate about applying data-driven and computational approaches to global health challenges. I combine technical bioinformatics training with a strong interest in health equity and accessibility.
During my degree I developed GUI-based crystallography analysis software (CASTRA) and a genetic-driven wellness recommendation tool (THRIVE 360), demonstrating skills in molecular analysis, data visualization and personalized health solutions.
I have hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, scientific tools like PyMOL and AutoDock, and development environments including Streamlit and Colab, complemented by content, SEO and copywriting internships that strengthened my communication and digital outreach skills.
