At Simplilearn (FullStack Academy), I led a data migration to implement a new billing and revenue operations process, then transitioned the team onto the new system. I currently own end-to-end billing operations in Ordway and prepare monthly revenue collection reports using Ordway and Salesforce data.

I also manage financing reconciliation with Climb and Enrollmax and administer Salesforce and HubSpot workflows, automation, and dashboards. I document billing and reporting processes in SOPs and work with Finance, Engineering, and CRM teams to resolve discrepancies.
