I’m seeking to lead a GTM engineering team building the systems revenue organizations run on.

At KnowBe4, I rebuilt quote-to-cash end to end in a six-month, in-house GTM transformation, spanning lead management, sales process, quoting, and billing. I also shipped AgentForce and Einstein GPT into production workflows, reducing inbound ticket volume from about 200 to 40 per month.

At Spark IO, I lead business systems modernization for client organizations, translating priorities into connected CRM, finance, analytics, and automation capabilities. Previously, I grew KnowBe4’s GTM and business systems organization from 7 to 32 and architected its Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
