At Zscaler, I lead Salesforce platform architecture and led the Hyperforce migration from assessment through cutover with zero business disruption. I also built production RAG-based customer support and sales-enablement agents, marketing workflows, and a code-analysis agent using Claude, OpenAI, and a Workato-based MCP gateway.
Previously at Automation Anywhere, I re-architected the Lead-to-Cash foundation and delivered Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing, while managing a 14-person team. At Synopsys, I led GTM systems integration for 15 acquired companies and helped consolidate CRM and quoting systems without disrupting in-flight sales cycles.
