I’m a results-driven Marketing, Growth & Operations professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end product development, digital marketing, influencer outreach, and business system setup. I take ownership of projects from research and vendor coordination through execution and optimization.

In my current Product Development & Marketing Executive role, I conduct market research to pinpoint customer pain points and skincare trends, then build and finalize formulations and packaging. I coordinate with 100+ manufacturers, manage lab testing/compliance/quality checks, and drive social media operations—achieving ~500,000 organic views in one month through consistent posting.

I also manage growth execution as a Marketing Manager, planning and running Facebook lead-generation and brand visibility campaigns. I independently built a WhatsApp chatbot system (API integration), implemented an IVR calling setup, mapped and optimized the customer journey for improved conversion, and manage Shopify website and Commerce Manager product catalogs while generating B2B leads through CRM and lead generation tools.
